US Geography for Elementary
Service Description
In this exciting and interactive U.S. Geography course, students in grades 2 through 5 will embark on a journey to discover the diverse landscapes, landmarks, and regions of the United States. Through hands-on activities, map skills, and fun projects, students will explore the 50 states, major cities, geographical features like mountains and rivers, and the cultural diversity that makes our country unique. Students will learn how to read maps, identify states and capitals, and understand key geographic concepts such as climate, landforms, and natural resources. They will also explore the history behind famous landmarks, like the Grand Canyon and the Statue of Liberty, and learn how geography impacts the way people live, work, and travel. With a focus on curiosity and exploration, this course will encourage students to think about how geography shapes communities and the environment. By the end of the course, students will have a better understanding of the United States’ geography, as well as an appreciation for the beauty and diversity of our country.
